TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the sale of products offered on www.logevy.us (the “Site”), operated by LOGEVY AMERICA LLC, located at 168 SE 1st Street, Suite 703, Miami, FL 33131, USA. The Site is owned by MARSC SRL, but all transactions and customer service operations are managed by LOGEVY AMERICA LLC.

By placing an order through this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PRODUCTS

LOGEVY offers luxury home fragrances, linen sprays, perfumed body wash, and soaps, handmade in Italy. Ingredients and allergens are clearly listed for each product. Products are not intended for ingestion. Keep out of reach of children.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in USD. We accept payments securely via PayPal (including debit/credit cards through PayPal’s interface).

3. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Times:
USA: 48 to 72 hours (business days)
Canada & Mexico: 5 business days

Shipping Fees:
USA: $10 flat rate for orders under $100. Free shipping on orders $100 and up.
Canada & Mexico: $35 flat rate for orders under $170. Free shipping on orders $170 and up.

We use FedEx, UPS, or DHL for deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or territories outside the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Conditions:
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
If the return is due to customer preference, and the item is sealed, return shipping is free.
If the product has been opened, the customer bears the return cost.
For damaged or defective items, we offer a replacement or full refund, upon review.

5. PRODUCT LIABILITY & WARNINGS

All our products are handcrafted in Italy. Although we ensure the highest quality and safety standards:

Products are not for ingestion.
Keep away from heat sources and children.
LOGEVY is not responsible for allergic reactions. Please review ingredients before purchase.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, product names, images, and content on www.logevy.us are the property of MARSC SRL or LOGEVY AMERICA LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LOGEVY AMERICA LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the products.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

1. PRODUCTOS

LOGEVY ofrece fragancias de lujo para el hogar, sprays para ropa, geles de baño perfumados y jabones hechos a mano en Italia. Ingredientes y alérgenos están claramente indicados en cada producto. No ingerir. Mantener fuera del alcance de los niños.

2. PRECIOS Y PAGOS

Todos los precios están en USD. Aceptamos pagos seguros a través de PayPal (incluye tarjetas de crédito/débito).

3. ENVÍO

Tiempos de entrega:
EE.UU.: 48 a 72 horas hábiles
Canadá y México: 5 días hábiles

Tarifas de envío:
EE.UU.: tarifa fija de $10 para pedidos inferiores a $100. Envío gratuito desde $100.
Canadá y México: tarifa fija de $35 para pedidos inferiores a $170. Envío gratuito desde $170.

Enviamos con FedEx, UPS o DHL. No enviamos a apartados postales ni fuera de EE.UU., Canadá y México.

4. DEVOLUCIONES Y REEMBOLSOS

Condiciones:
Se aceptan devoluciones dentro de los 14 días siguientes a la entrega.
El producto debe estar sin usar, sellado y en su empaque original.
Si el producto está sellado, el envío de devolución es gratuito.
Si ha sido abierto, el costo del retorno corre por cuenta del cliente.
En caso de productos dañados o defectuosos, ofrecemos reemplazo o reembolso completo, previa evaluación.

5. RESPONSABILIDAD Y ADVERTENCIAS

Nuestros productos son artesanales y fabricados en Italia. No deben ingerirse. Mantener alejados de fuentes de calor y de niños. LOGEVY no se hace responsable de reacciones alérgicas. Por favor, revise los ingredientes antes de comprar.

6. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

Todos los logos, nombres de productos, imágenes y contenidos de www.logevy.us son propiedad de MARSC SRL o LOGEVY AMERICA LLC y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.
